Komořanská Business Park is situated in the Prague-Modřany industrial zone on the right bank of the Vltava River. The park can be accessed directly from Komořanská Street. Personal and freight transport uses nearby connections to the highways D1 and D5. Near Komořanská Business Park, moreover, there will soon be slip roads to and from the R1 city ring road that is now being built and will be only several hundred meters from the Business Park. This will allow quick access to Prague’s Ruzyně Airport and other major places in the Czech Republic, such as Plzeň, Brno or Ostrava.
